Meet Logan’s Family

Logan was born with Down Syndrome and has congenital heart defects (CHD), atrial septal defects (ASD) and ventricular septal defects (VSD). His g-tube will be able to be taken out at the end of January. With two leaks in his heart, his family will find out in May if he will need another surgery. Logan’s first Heartiversary is January 14th, 2020, and his family along with all of us at Hearts of Hope Network are celebrating this little heart warrior’s one year after open heart surgery.

Logan is currently working with a physical therapist to learn how to walk. He has two older sisters, Briella and Stormy, and a little brother, Hunter, on the way. Hunter is due to be born in February via scheduled C section, and the whole family is preparing for his arrival.

Logan's heart warrior beads of courage His father is suffering from severe back issues keeping him from being able to work, and will have back surgery after baby Hunter is born. His mother is also without work at the moment, and will soon be recovering from c-section surgery to deliver Hunter. They are struggling to get all they need for the new baby, so if you would like to support them, their baby registry links are listed below along with their Go Fund Me link.

Hearts of Hope Network is here to help Logan’s family. Because of generous donations and support, we have sent Tony’s Hugs packages to each member of this family and are here to help throughout their journey.

Logan’s family is also fundraising on their own. While we are here to help, the cost of caring for a critically ill child can be very extreme. Many times, their parents have to take off work or quit working to care for their child. We thank you for supporting Hearts of Hope Network through donations, and if you would like to help support this family even further, please consider following their support links below.
