Four year old Jaxson has a rare lung disease called Idiopathic Pulmonary Hemosiderosis that cause his lung to hemorrhage. The doctor have given him a terminal diagnosis and he is currently on hospice care.

After hearing about Hearts of Hope Network, Jaxson’s mother reached out to us in a time of need. Jaxson has 3 older siblings, and the emotional and financial strain on the family was very apparent. His mother spends all of her time caring for Jaxson at home which can make finances pretty tight.

Hearts of Hope Network was able to negotiate with the family’s landlord and help with a few bills that were a financial strain on the family. Along with the financial support, we sent each member of the family a Tony’s Hugs package full of new clothes and fun items to boost their spirits and show them we care for them individually.
